The Event
About
The Organic Stone Fruit Jubilee is celebrating its 16th year! The event features fruit tasting and buying of fresh produce from local small farms. Many participating farmers specialize in growing delicious varieties of nectarines, peaches, plums, pluots, apriums, and apricots. Kid-friendly activities as well as food and beverage booths make this an educational and fun event. Many of the favorites will return with the addition of air-conditioned spaces available to escape the summer heat.
the location & PARKING
We are adding new small farms to our list of growers. Many of the original farmers are now retired. Also there are less and less small stone fruit growers available to participate, hence the addition of other produce. The Kingsburg Historical Park offers a nearby location for many of the participating farmers. You can check it out at Kingsburg Historical Park.
the Farmers
Naylor Organics. Mike and Nori have been farming organically since the 1980s. They specialize in tree-ripened peaches. They are retiring after this season, so if you want to get a taste of their delicious fruit, don't miss this event.
